1. How can one place an order?

We want you to be rest assured that we are here to assist you every step of the way. To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired product(s), and follow the checkout process.

2. How secure and safe is it to order on the website? 

Customers can shop and purchase on our website with assurance, knowing that we’ve taken the necessary security and safety measures to keep our customers’ personal contact information safe. All of our customer information is safely and securely stored. Upon completion of the authorization process, a confirmation is sent.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by bank transfers and UPI only. We do not currently offer Cash On Delivery (COD).

4. How much GST do I have to pay?

Tivraa is required to collect GST in connection with the purchase and delivery of products. The good news is that the listed price is inclusive of GST, so you don't have to pay any additional tax.

5. How long after placing an order can one expect delivery?

We will be trying our best to get your Product out to you as soon as possible, usually within 10 -12 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. In case of  unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or strikes etc , we shall keep you updated on the delivery status.

6. Are there any delivery charges?

No, there are no additional delivery charges

7. How will I know when my order is shipped?

When your product is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier company details along with your tracking number.  You can track your delivery on courier company’s website and contact them for further details.

8. How will I know if my order has been received?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your order number and details of your order. Incase of any discrepancy, we request you to immediately contact our Customer Support Team and bring it to our attention.

9. Can my shipping address be changed after placing an order?

In the possibility that your shipping address needs to be changed, we request you to call on 919266141007 / email us at lifeandyoutivraa@gmail.com within 24 hours with the updated delivery address. Post that, we shall try our very best to accommodate your request, however make no guarantees that it can be done.

10. What is my warranty period?

This warranty does not include normal use and wear, misuse, commercial use, and seasonal wood movement and splits. It does not include damages to property or persons caused by the misuse, improper installation, or lack of care of the item. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Lastly, warranties are not transferable.

11. What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

If the package arrives in a damaged condition, do not accept delivery. Open the package in the presence of the delivery person and take photos of the damaged packaging and product. Send the photos to lifeandyoutivraa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number, contact number, and the name of the person who placed the order.

12. What is your return and refund policy?

Cancellations and refunds are allowed within the first 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

13. What is your Repair Policy?

We do not have a Repair Policy.

14. Do you offer worldwide delivery?

Yes, GST is included in the listed price for all products.

18. Are the products displayed on the website the same products that will be delivered?

It may seem too good to be true, but yes! The products displayed on the website are the very products that will be delivered. Kindly note that since our products are handcrafted items unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels, as per the industry standards.
