Cancellations
Please note that Tivraa Products are handcrafted and are bound to have slight variations as they are uniquely designed and custom-finished items. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
Cancellations are ONLY permitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After that, NO cancellations, or changes to any product or finish will be entertained. For cancellations, kindly email us at lifeandyoutivraa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If you request a cancellation within the 24-hour window and your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original mode of payment. If your order has already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount.
We request our customers that before ordering the product(s) please ensure that the order is double-checked to avoid any inconvenience.
Warranty
We do not give any Warranty on our products other than replacement in case the same product is available with us in stock or refund back to the original mode of payment in case of damage in transit.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery at lifeandyoutivraa@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper handling, or modifications made to the product after delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at lifeandyoutivraa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original mode of payment, minus any shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions
The following products are not eligible for cancellation, warranty, or return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Products that have been used or altered
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage
