Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery Timelines

Delivery Timelines typically are subject to whether the particular item is in stock.  Most orders are shipped out within 10 -12 days from the date of order. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 8-10 business day

Other Cities: 10-12 business days  

During high volume periods and inclement weather, your order could get delayed.  We assure you, that we would be working as quickly as possible to get your order to you. 

Before dispatching your shipment, you shall receive a SMS from the Courier Partner   informing that the shipment is ready for dispatch and providing arrival timelines

Tivraa makes no representation to the guarantee for the actual delivery of the order after it leaves our warehouse. 

Customer Inspection And Delivery Satisfaction

The customer is responsible for  immediately inspecting the items upon receipt to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report this to the delivery person and to the Courier Company immediately.  The extent of description of damage and/or defect to the item, carton, or box MUST be promptly provided and stated on the Delivery Receipt, Challan/ Proof of Delivery (POD and take pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

To report a damaged or defective item to Tivraa, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a refund or replacement, as appropriate.

NOTE: It is the Customer’s responsibility to unbox the delivery box/package/carton and inspect the items.  For your information, Courier Company is an independent vendor and delivery personnel of the Courier Company are not obliged, or authorized to open the packages/cartons, as they are NOT familiar with either the contents of the packages/carton, or assembly of the product. Please also note that the Courier Company is not affiliated or part of Tivraa’s organizational structure.  

As a standard practice, the Courier Company’s duty is to only transport and deliver the goods to the customer’s specified location on the order form. You are requested to cooperate with them and not force them to open the packages/cartons etc.

Refusal To Take Delivery

It is the Customer’s responsibility to give correct contact details, including the name of addressee, address and phone number details (preferably both landline and two (2) mobile numbers). This ensures that we can deliver your order without missing you on the Courier Company’s first delivery attempt. It will be helpful to know of any landmarks in helping the courier company making the delivery. Please update your contact information if it changes after placing your order. 

If the customer refuses to take delivery or remains unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, additional charges by the Courier Company may apply. Tivraa will not be responsible for these charges or for arranging re-delivery. If an item is returned to Tivraa due to refusal or multiple missed deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Shipping Charges And Limitations

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) and the delivery location. Any applicable taxes or fees will be added to the shipping charges and clearly displayed during checkout.

Please note that certain products may have shipping limitations. Some items cannot be shipped to certain locations, and there may be weight or size restrictions. If your order exceeds these limitations, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

International Orders

For international orders, estimated delivery times will depend on the destination country. Please note that additional costs, customs duties, and taxes may apply for international shipments. The customer is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
